Jessica Roth
Jessica Roth grew up in Eastern Washington and earned her bachelor’s degree in Digital Technology & Culture with a minor in English and a professional writing certificate from Washington State University (Go Cougs!) After graduation, she relocated to Boise, Idaho to expand her personal and professional network and seek out new career opportunities.
The move paid off when she landed a communications and design specialist role for the state office of the Idaho Small Business Development Center affiliated with Boise State University. The position afforded her opportunities to work with and learn from executive leadership and cultivate her talents as a communications professional within a nonprofit.
Jessica is currently working as the communications and marketing specialist for the Idaho Association of Counties (IAC) in Boise. IAC is a non-partisan, nonprofit that serves as a resource to Idaho’s county elected officials and promotes sound policies in the interest of counties.
As a first generation college student, Jessica knows the importance of having a strong, supportive network and mentorship. She is always eager to connect with people and have experiences that inspire her, and she works to serve as a leader in all that she does.
