Megan Dibb
Megan Dibb is the Strategic Partnerships Manager for Idaho at Western Governors University (WGU). In this role, Megan works closely with employers, community organizations, and government entities to remove barriers and expand access to higher education and create pathways to opportunity for all Idahoans. Preceding her current role, Megan led the development and execution of a $16 million annual scholarship program as WGU’s Scholarship Strategy Manager.
Prior to her role at WGU, Megan worked with various community and service organizations including Volunteers of America, Habitat for Humanity, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, and Mothers Without Borders. Megan has a passion for the advancement of equity in vulnerable and underserved populations, and a strong belief in the power of education to improve lives and strengthen communities.
Originally from Utah, Megan graduated from Lehi High School. She earned a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from WGU and a Bachelor of Science in Gender Studies from the University of Utah. Her current role brought to Boise in 2020 with her husband and two young children, and they love exploring all that Idaho has to offer.
