Location: All dates will be located in downtown Boise at City Center Plaza, Boise State University Computer Science Department, 777 West Main Street, in Room 352.
The Computer Science Department has its own entrance located on the east side of the building near the miner statue in front of the US Bank building. The entrance is just south of the main Clearwater building and the Broncoshop entrances.
Parking: Convenient parking can be found in the Capitol Terrace parking garage across the street, located between 8th Street and Capitol Blvd with entrances from Main Street or Idaho Street. The first hour is free and Go Lead Idaho will provide parking validation for an additional hour.

Senator Abby Lee (R) was elected in 2014 and represents Canyon, Payette and Washington Counties. She also serves as the Assistant Majority Leader in the Senate. Her committee assignments include State Affairs, Judiciary and Rules, and Health and Welfare. She is also Co-Chair of the Child Protection Oversight Committee and served on Governor Little’s Operation Esto Perpetua Fentanyl Taskforce. After a decade in the senate, she announced her retirement this year and is not running for re-election.
She is completing a PhD in Public Policy and Administration at Boise State University, where she also earned a master’s degree in Instructional and Performance Technology. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations from Brigham Young University.
Professionally, Senator Lee works as the Vice President of College and Public Relations at Treasure Valley Community College. With more than 25 years of experience in college administration, she is an advocate for higher education. She is especially dedicated to developing more professional and technical training opportunities between colleges and local high schools. Senator Lee was named Idaho’s Mother of Achievement in 2018 due to her work in passing comprehensive foster care reform in Idaho and her advocacy for the most-vulnerable citizens in our state. She was also recognized as one the Idaho Business Review’s Women of the Year in 2021. Senator Lee serves on the Community Board for Saint Alphonsus Medical Center – Ontario, and is a member of the University of Idaho’s McClure Public Policy Center Advisory Board.

Senator Carrie Semmelroth (D) is the senator for District 17 and is serving her second term. She has a B.A. in sociology, an M.A. in special education, an EdD in curriculum and instruction from Boise State University, and an Exceptional Child Generalist Idaho teaching certification (K-12).

Megan Renaldo is the Owner and Principal Consultant for Renaldo & Co. Performance Consulting where she specializes in solving complex organizational performance issues, leading change management initiatives, and developing leaders. Before starting her consulting business, Megan was an internal consultant for the City of Boise, spent time as an executive leader in retail operations, and worked in HR for large, for-profit organizations. Megan has a Master of Science in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University and played soccer for the Broncos from 2008-2012. When she isn’t working, she’s usually biking around Boise or exploring the Idaho wilderness with her husband, daughter, and two black labs.
