Julie Delorenzo is is a seasoned real estate professional with 32 years in the industry. She co-founded the Keller Williams brokerage in 1999 alongside four other agents, achieving profitability within just four months. She is a past President of the Idaho Realtors, Idaho Realtor of the Year in 2003, and serves as the official representative of the National Association of Realtors to Senator James Risch.
In 2012, Julie was appointed to the Idaho Transportation Board by former Governor Butch Otter and has been reappointed twice by Governor Brad Little. She is the second woman to serve on the state-wide, non-partisan Board, which oversees funding and policy decisions with an annual budget of $1.3 Billion.
Julie is the Director of Community Relations for Boise Hunter Homes, one of the largest homebuilding and development companies in Idaho.
She holds the belief that individuals receive more than they give and has served on numerous, local nonprofit and community boards. She has resided in Boise for 42 years, and she and her partner Brad have made the Boise foothills their home. Free time is spent in McCall and traveling abroad as frequently as possible.
