Meg Larsen is the Director of Operations for Community Planning Association of Southwest Idaho (COMPASS) and has been since 2013. In her role as the Director of Operations, Meg helps support COMPASS in maintaining a healthy and economically vibrant region by providing long range transportation planning for Ada and Canyon counties.
Before joining COMPASS, Meg was the Controller for Capital City Development Corporation (CCDC), the urban renewal agency for the City of Boise. Prior to moving to Idaho in 2006, Meg worked for non-profit child welfare agencies in Arizona.
Meg has served as an elected Trustee for the Meridian Library District for 10 years, and has a special place in her heart for the good work of public libraries. She has an undergraduate degree in accounting from Arizona State University, and a Master of Public Administration from Boise State University.
In her free time, she likes to volunteer, hanging out with her children and grandchildren, and enjoying the Idaho outdoors.
